About Us |
|
The American Sprinkler Association (AFSA) is a professional organization consisting of open-shop fire sprinkler contractors, manufacturers, supplies, and professional members throughout the United States and several foreign countries. Formed in 1981, AFSA's initial goal was to establish a recognized apprenticeship training program which would be available to open-shop fire sprinkler contractors to aid in the development of skilled crafts persons. Today, training and education still remain the first priority. In addition to AFSA's apprenticeship program, the association offers a wide variety of other programs. These include seminars and demonstrations which are available to nonmember individuals and organizations. |
